According to the requirement of country's undergraduate education for learning content and standard,considering the actual conditions of Huazhong Agricultural College and native place,the talent training mode of food science and engineering specialty were researched and practiced from aspects of training aim,training specification,training scheme,training plan and teaching process. The aim is to innovate talents training mode and inject vitality into the professional development.
