【摘要】 目的:广场自制中药膏三伏天穴位贴敷防治缓解期小儿哮喘的疗效。方法:40例患儿随机分为2组。2组均采用常规的糖皮质激素吸入疗法,观察组20例三伏天入伏即给予自制中药膏穴位贴敷,对照组20例三伏天未给予其他处理,观察和比较2组一年内哮喘发作次数和哮喘发作的严重程度。结果:观察组观察期内平均发作次数和哮喘发作的严重程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药膏三伏天穴位贴敷可显著减少小儿哮喘发作次数并减轻其发作的严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine ointment in dog days acupoint in the treatment of remission period of the children with asthma.Methods: 40 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Two groups are used conventional glucocorticoid inhalation therapy, observation group(20 cases) dog days into the volt is given self-made traditional Chinese medicine paste acupoint sticking and control group of 20 cases of three dog days did not give other treatment, observation and compared between the two groups within a year asthma severity and the number of asthma attacks. Results: the average number of attacks and the severity of asthma attacks in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.01).
