百合各株系中秋水仙碱提取方法优化及含量测定
Determination of colchicine and Optimization of extraction method in Lilium brownii
【摘要】 目的:对百合各株系中秋水仙碱进行提取方法优化并建立含量测定方法。方法:采用正交实验设计和HPLC法进行提取工艺优化和含量测定。结果:百合各株系中秋水仙碱含量普遍高于对照组,对提取条件进行探讨,确定了最佳工艺条件)。结论:优化及测定方法准确可靠,可用于选育优良品种的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of colchicine and optimize the extraction methods in Lilium brownii. Methods: Extraction process was optimized and determined through Orthogonal experimental design and HPLC method. Results:The Contents of colchicine was higher than the control group.The extraction conditions were discussed,and the optimum process conditions were determined. Conclusion: The method was precise and can be used for quality control of fine variety bredding.
