【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of colchicine and optimize the extraction methods in Lilium brownii. Methods: Extraction process was optimized and determined through Orthogonal experimental design and HPLC method. Results:The Contents of colchicine was higher than the control group.The extraction conditions were discussed,and the optimum process conditions were determined. Conclusion: The method was precise and can be used for quality control of fine variety bredding.更多还原
