【摘要】 目的:观察传统华佗五禽戏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者临床症状积分及CAT(COPD Assessment test,CAT)评分的影响。方法:将符合入选标准的100例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组采用一般COPD常规治疗;五禽戏习练组除在对照组常规治疗基础上练习华佗五禽戏6个月,2组分别于实验前、实验6个月后做临床症状积分和CAT量表评分。结果:2组治疗前后临床症状积分和CAT评分结果比较,五禽戏习练组治疗后改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:传统华佗五禽戏习练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状改善、提高生活质量有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the traditional Huatuo Wuqinxi on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stable phase in patients with clinical symptoms score and cat(COPD assessment test, cat) score of influence. Methods: selected 100 cases with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 50 cases. Control group was treated with conventional treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD); practicing Wuqinxi group except in the control group based on the routine treatment of practicing Huatuo Wuqinxi six months, two groups respectively before the experiment, experiment 6 months after doing clinical symptom score and cat volume scale. Results: before and after treatment in the two groups clinical symptom score and cat score results, after practicing Wuqinxi treatment group improve significantly better than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: traditional Huatuo Wuqinxi practitioners of improvement of the clinical symptoms of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period, improve the quality of life has a positive effect.更多还原
