【摘要】 目的:观察健脾补肾法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生存质量和肺功能的影响。方法:将慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者随机分为2组,每组各30例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾补肾中药。2组均30d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后生存质量、肺功能及疗效的改变。结果:2组治疗后生存质量、肺功能及疗效均改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组。结论:健脾补肾法可改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of strengthening spleen and tonifying the kidney on the quality of life of patients and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase. Methods: the patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine invigorating the spleen and kidney. The 2 groups were 30 d for 1 courses, 1 statistical effects after treatment, and the observation of the 2 groups before and after treatment and the curative effect of pulmonary function and survival quality of change. Results: the therapeutic effect of pulmonary function and quality, improve survival in 2 groups after treatment, and the treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion: the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney can improve clinical symptoms in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, improve lung function, improve quality of life.更多还原
