【摘要】 目的:探讨自拟益肾清降汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(慢性肾衰)的疗效及可能的机制。方法:使用益肾清降汤治疗36例慢性肾衰患者,并与服用尿毒清颗粒治疗36例进行随机对照,观察每组治疗前后肾功能变化情况,临床症状、体征的变化情况,30天为1个疗程,连用3个疗程,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:自拟益肾清降汤能明显改善肾功能,延缓慢性肾衰的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of self-made Yishen Qingjiang decoction for treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: 36 patients with CRF was treated by Yishen Qingjiang decoction, meanwhile Uremic Clearance Granule was used to another 36 patients. Observing the change of renal function before and after treatment, the changes in clinical symptoms, signs, 30 days are 1 treatment course, once a 3 treatment and compared the clinical curative effect of both groups. Results: The curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Self-made Yishen Qingjiang decoction can obviously improve the renal Function and delay the progress of chronic renal failure.更多还原
