【摘要】 目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加味方药对糖尿病肾病的疗效﹑安全性。方法:将60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用常规加口服血府逐瘀汤加味方药治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医临床证候、24h尿蛋白定量(24h UP)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN),及药物不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为88.9%,对照组有效率为56.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在24h尿蛋白定量(24h UP)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN),治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组发生不良反应少而轻微。结论:血府逐瘀汤加味方药治疗糖尿病肾病提高了患者的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on diabetic nephropathy curative effect, safety. Methods: 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The treatment group with conventional oral Xuefu Zhuyu decoction medicine treatment, the control group with conventional therapy. 2 groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, 24 h urinary protein(24h UP), serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), and adverse drug reaction. Results: the effective rate of treatment group 88.9%, control group efficiency is 56.3%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the 24 h urinary protein(24h UP), serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05); and the treatment group had less adverse reaction and mild.
