【摘要】 安徽省高校近几年专利申请量和授权量迅猛发展,对专利管理提出了新的要求,但目前安徽省专利管理的水平跟不上专利事业的发展,存在一定问题。笔者通过对安徽省高校存在专利快速增长与专利管理力量不匹配、管理不够精细、专业,追求专利数量、忽视专利质量情况严重,激励制度不完善,专利转化率低等问题的分析,最后提出了对策建议,以期为提高安徽省高校专利管理水平提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the quantity of patent applications and authorization get a rapid development in Anhui province colleges and universities,and putting forward new requirements for patent management while the current development of Anhui Province patent management cannot keep up the level of patent development.In this paper,the reasens of some problems were analyzed such as the mismatch of rapid growth of patent to patent management,not professional management,pursuing the number of patents and ignoring its quality,imperfect incentive management system and low conversion rate etc.Then,we finally puts forward some countermeasures to change the situation,expecting to provide reference for the improvement patent management level of universities in Anhui province.更多还原
