玻纤增强PBT复合材料的制备

【摘要】 通过双螺杆挤出机制备了玻纤增强PBT复合材料,考查了玻纤含量、不同增韧剂、主机转速等因素对复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:复合材料性能随玻纤含量升高而提高;三种增韧剂中,增韧剂AX8900对复合材料增韧效果较好,最佳用量为5%~6%;玻纤增强PBT复合材料生产中主机转速控制在300~350r/min比较合理。

【Abstract】 PBT Composites were prepared with twin-screw extruder. The composite properties affected by some factors like glass-fiber content,toughening agent,the main engine speed etc. were reviewed with result showed that the properties of the composites were improved as the fiber content increased; the mechanical property of the material was also improved with AX8900 toughening agent containing epoxy group with the best quantity about 5%~6%. The reasonable rotation rate of main engine during the production of PBT composite materials was controlled at 300~350r/min.
