不同植物油甲酯生物柴油的润滑性能

【摘要】 利用大豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、玉米油为原料,通过酯交换法分别制备出生物柴油,利用红外光谱对其进行表征,然后用高频往复摩擦磨损试验机分别对生物柴油进行润滑性能测试,并与0#柴油进行对比,最后利用3D激光显微镜分别对其磨斑表面进行表征,测试结果表明,所有生物柴油的润滑性能要优于0#柴油,且菜籽油合成的生物柴油具有最优的综合性能。

【Abstract】 Biodiesel oils were synthesized from soybean oil,rapeseed oil,castor oil,and corn oil via the ester exchanging method. The as-synthesized biodiesel oils were characterized using Fourier transform infrared microscopy. The lubricating properties of the biodiesel oils were investigated on a high-frequency reciprocating ball-on-disc tribometer and compared with the 0#diesel oil. The results showed that the biodiesel oils had better lubricating properties than the 0#diesel oil and that the biodiesel oil from rapeseed oil was of the best comprehensive lubricating properties.
