微波辅助合成阿魏酸脂肪醇酯的研究

【摘要】 以阿魏酸和脂肪醇为原料,在微波辐射及氯化亚砜的催化下,合成了系列阿魏酸脂肪醇酯。采用IR和1H NMR对相应产物的结构进行了分析与表征并予以确认。优化了催化剂的类型及用量、醇酸摩尔比等反应因素。实验结果表明:微波辅助下不仅有利于酯化产率的提高(90%以上),而且对空间位阻较大的羧酸酯的生成更为显著(阿魏酸叔丁酯的产率提高了三倍以上)。

【Abstract】 Four compounds were synthesized by ferulic acid and aliphatic alcohols under microwave irradiation,which catalyzed by thionyl chloride. The structural of target compound was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. With single factor experiments,the effects of catalyst,molar ratio of reactants,reaction and etc are carried out. This study shows that the yield of esterification rate up to 90% under microwave irradiation,especially in the sterically hindered carboxylic acid ester,the yield of tert-butyl ferulate could be improved by more than three times.
