微生物与植物协同去除生活污水中总氮、总磷、COD的效果研究

【摘要】 试验设3个污水处理组,第Ⅰ组为微生物处理组、第Ⅱ组为植物处理组、第Ⅲ组为植物微生物协同处理组,分别在处理4、8、12、16 d时取样测量样品中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(COD)浓度;采用SPSS进行数据处理。结果显示,3个处理组都使污水中TN、TP、COD浓度显著降低,表明3种处理方法都具有很好的污水处理效果。其中第Ⅲ组处理效果最好,处理16 d,使污水中TN浓度从21.5607mg/L降低到5.2704mg/L,TP浓度从6.1695mg/L降低到0.8279mg/L,COD浓度从215.3mg/L降低到52.8mg/L。

【Abstract】 Three sewage treatment groups were set as microorganism group(Ⅰ),plant group(Ⅱ) and plant synergistic with microorganism group(Ⅲ).The concentrations of total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP) and chemical oxygen demand(COD) were detected on the 4th,8th,12th and 16th day after treatments.The data were treated by SPSS.The results showed that the three treatment groups all reduced the concentrations of TN,TP and COD significantly,which indicated that they all had good effects on treating sewage.The group of plant synergistic with microorganism had the best effect.It could decrease the concentration of TN from 21.5607mg/L to 5.2704mg/L,TP from 6.1695 mg/L to 0.8279 mg/L and COD from 215.3mg/L to 52.8mg/L.
