环境因子对葡萄根瘤蚜翅型分化的影响

【摘要】 以葡萄根瘤蚜1龄若虫为试材,就虫口密度、培养温度和寄主类型等环境因子对其翅型分化的影响进行了研究。结果表明,葡萄根瘤蚜有翅蚜率随虫口密度的增加而增加;在一定温度范围内有翅蚜率会随温度的升高而升高,在28℃时达到最大值(31.2%),但当温度继续升高到32℃时有翅蚜率明显下降;赤霞珠和巨峰上的有翅蚜率显著高于刺葡萄和贝达,其有翅蚜率分别为28.5%、26.4%,刺葡萄(23.0%)与贝达(21.8%)上的有翅蚜率彼此无显著性差异。由此可见,不同虫口密度、培养温度和寄主类型是影响葡萄根瘤蚜翅型分化的重要影响因子,该研究结果可为防治有翅蚜的传播提供参考。

【Abstract】 The effects of population density,culture temperature and host type on wing polyphenism were studied using 1 instar nymph of Daktulosphaira vitifoliae as experimental material. The results showed that the wing polyphenism rate of Daktulosphaira vitifoliae increased with the increase of population density. It also raised with the rising of temperature within a certain range,which reached the peak( 31. 2%) at 28℃,but declined at 32℃. The wing polyphenism rates on Cabernet Sauvignon( 28. 5%) and Kyoho( 26. 4%) were significantly higher than those on Brier grape( 23. 0%) and Beta( 21. 8%),but there was no significant differences between that on Brier grape and Beta. In conclusion,the population density,culture temperature and host type were the important factors to wing polyphenism of Daktulosphaira vitifoliae. It could provide reference for controlling Daktulosphaira vitifoliae.
