黄瓜白粉病拮抗细菌Bs-18的筛选与鉴定
Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Bacterium Bs-18 against Cucumber Powdery Mildew
【摘要】 为筛选对黄瓜白粉病菌具有拮抗作用的生防菌株,从温室土壤样品中分离到细菌菌株692株。经室内平板拮抗性筛选和盆栽防治试验,筛选出菌株Bs-18对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治作用,盆栽防效达82.22%。对菌株Bs-18进行形态特征、生理生化特性和16S r DNA测序分析,将其鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。
【Abstract】 To obtain antagonistic bacteria for biocontrol of cucumber powdery mildew,692 bacterial strains were isolated from different greenhouse soil samples. The strain Bs-18,which had good inhibitory effect on cucumber powdery mildew with the control effect of 82. 22%,was screened out using plate confrontation method and pot test. Based on the morphological characteristics,physicochemical properties and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis,the strain Bs-18 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
