不同花生品种芽期抗旱性筛选及其田间验证

【摘要】 利用17.5%PEG 6000溶液人工模拟土壤干旱条件,对77个花生品种进行萌芽期抗旱鉴定,结果显示,彩花生、花育23、E12、冀油98、中花8号、阜花11、粤油200抗旱性强,海花1号、花育31、金花1012、汕油2号抗旱性弱。将筛选出的花生品种种植在田间砂池中验证,收获期调查结果为:抗旱品种与不抗旱品种相比主茎较高,饱果数多。初步验证,利用芽期干旱胁迫对花生品种进行抗旱性筛选具有一定可靠性。

【Abstract】 The drought resistance of 77 peanut varieties were identified at germination stage under artificial simulation of soil drought with 17. 5% PEG 6000. The results showed that Caihuasheng,Huayu 23,E12,Jiyou 98,Zhonghua 8,Fuhua 11 and Yueyou 200 had strong drought resistance,while Haihua 1,Huayu 31,Jinhua 1012 and Shanyou 2 owned weak drought tolerance. Screened peanut varieties were grown in field to verify the drought resistance. The investigation in harvest period found that compared with weak drought- resistant peanut varieties,those with strong drought resistance had higher main stem and more full pods. Preliminary validation indicated that screening of peanut drought resistance at germination stage was reliable.
