【Abstract】 How to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in grass-roots enterprises,pay attention to the humanistic care and psychological counseling,ensure employees’ health of body and mind,make them happy and peaceful in the work,is both the intrinsic demand of employees and the urgent task faced with by the enterprise managers.
