卡车撞击固定式防撞柱的数值模拟及碰撞分析

【摘要】 近些年的恐怖袭击中,汽车炸弹已成为攻击建筑物和基础设施的主要方式。固定式防撞柱是一种车辆障碍设施,具有阻挡车辆的作用,以控制爆炸距离。本文采用LS-DYNA软件,建立了数值模型,模拟卡车与固定式防撞柱的碰撞过程,并通过比较数值模拟得到的车辆及防撞柱动力响应时程与实车撞击试验的实测记录,验证了数值模拟的有效性。本文还通过分析碰撞过程中发动机的运动轨迹,提出了用于阻挡卡车的防撞柱高度不应小于900 mm的设计要求。

【Abstract】 In recent years,car-bomb attack has become the main way of terrorist attacks. Fixed anti-ram bollard is one of barrier facilities for preventing the entry of unauthorized vehicles. Employing LS-DYNA software,this paper presented a numerical simulation of truck collision with fixed bollards. The effectiveness of numerical simulation was verified through comparison of dynamic responses of vehicle and bollard form numerical simulation and crash test. Based on investigation of the engine’s trajectory during collision a suggestion was proposed that the height of bollard for truck should not be smaller than 900 mm.
