快速干燥法制备硅溶胶型壳过程的研究

【摘要】 采用自然干燥、抽湿干燥以及真空干燥三种不同的干燥工艺对硅溶胶型壳进行干燥,研究了不同干燥条件下硅溶胶型壳的干燥时间、干燥速率变化、收缩率和型壳强度。研究表明,抽湿及真空干燥工艺缩短了66.1%干燥时间,经多组试验测试型壳强度均在5.5 MPa以上,可以满足生产要求,快速干燥可以用于工艺生产过程中。

【Abstract】 Three different processes of natural drying, dehumidifying drying and vacuum drying were used in the drying process of silicasol shell. And the variation of drying time, drying rate, drying shrinkage and shell strength of silica shell under different drying conditions were studied. The results show that dehumidifying drying and vacuum drying process had shortened the drying time by 66.1%. Some groups of experiments displayed that the shell strength were more than 5.5 MPa and can meet the production requirements, the quick drying process can be used in the production.
