循环式四工位铁型覆砂造型机的研发

【摘要】 介绍了铁型覆砂造型工艺原理、流程及技术特点。分析了影响铁型覆砂造型效率的因素,拆分了工艺流程,整合了工序顺序,优化了工位时间,最后提出了循环式多工位铁型覆砂造型工艺方案,研发了一种循环式四工位铁型覆砂造型机,使造型效率提高至120型/h,有效地解决了造型效率低等问题。

【Abstract】 The article introduces the principle, flow and characteristics about molding process of sand-lined metal mold casting. the factors that influence efficiency of sand-lined metal mold casting was analyzed, the technological process was splited, the operation sequence was integrated, the station of time was optimized,finally, the solutions of the circulating transfer of sand-lined metal mold casting was proposed. In order to improve the efficiency of the molding, the circulating four-station sand molding machine is researched and developed, which make the modeling efficiency up to 120/h, the low efficiency of the modeling was solved effectively.
