改良铸造铝硅合金电化学腐蚀试验及分析

【摘要】 在传统ZL101铸造铝硅合金的基础上,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等合金元素,研制了改良铸造铝硅合金,并对该改良合金进行了电化学腐蚀试验。试验结果表明,在3.5%NaCl系统下,改良铸造铝硅合金自腐蚀电位远高于传统ZL101铸造铝硅合金,自腐蚀电流密度远小于传统ZL101铸造铝硅合金,耐腐蚀性能良好。

【Abstract】 A modified cast Al-Si alloy was developed by adding alloying elements such as Cu,Ni,Mn,V,RE,on the basis of traditional ZL101 cast aluminum-silicon alloy,and the electrochemical corrosion test was carried out for the modified alloy. The results show that in the 3.5%NaCl system,the corrosion potential of modified cast aluminum-silicon alloy from is much higher than traditional ZL101 cast aluminum-silicon alloy,corrosion current density is smaller than the traditional ZL101 cast Al-Si alloy,the corrosion resistance is good.
