基于灰色系统模型的河南省水资源供需预测及平衡分析
The Balance Analysis and Forecast on Supply and Demand of Water Resources in Henan Based on Grey Model
【摘要】 根据河南省水资源现状,结合华中地区特点和社会经济发展水平,运用灰色预测理论,采用定性与定量结合的方法,在50%、75%、90%保证率下,对2015年、2020年、2025年、2030年的河南省可供水量及国民经济需水量、生态环境需水量分别进行了预测。在此基础上,对河南省水资源的供需平衡进行了分析,结果表明,河南省水资源利用既存在危机又存在潜力。
【Abstract】 According to the current situation of water resources in Henan,considering the regional characteristics and the economic development level in central China,with the help of grey forecasting theory,by using both methods of qualitative and quantitative,the output of supplying water and water requirements of national economy and ecological environment of Henan in 2015,2020,2025 and 2030 under reliabilities at 50%,75% and 90% respectively are predicted.On these basis,the balance between supply and demand of water resources in Henan province is analyzed.It is concluded that there are both crises and potentials in water resources utilizing in Henan.
