【摘要】 目的观察三七交泰丸联合洛丁新片治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将60例DN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均常规控制血糖,口服洛丁新片10mg,每日1次,控制血压;治疗组同时给予三七交泰丸每日1剂;两组均治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、平均动脉压(MAP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为76.67%,对照组为53.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,FBG、PBG、HbAlc、MAP、TG、TC、LDL、ApoB、BUN、Scr、Hcy和UAER均显著下降,HDL显著升高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,治疗组各项指标均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论三七交泰丸联合洛丁新片治疗DN效果优于单用洛丁新片治疗,能更好地控制血糖、血脂及血压,并改善肾功能,两者合用具有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Sanqi Jiaotai Pills combined with Lotensin for diabetic nephropathy( DN). Methods Sixty cases of DN were randomized into the treatment group and control group,with30 in each. Both groups were given conventional control of blood glucose,oral administration of 10 mg of Lotensin once daily and control of blood pressure. The treatment group was added with Sanqi Jiaotai Pills one dose daily. One treatment course lasted for 12 weeks. The levels of fasting blood glucose( FBG),postprandial blood glucose( PBG),hemoglobin A1c( HbA1c),mean arterial pressure( MAP),total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein( LDL),high density lipoprotein( HDL),apolipoprotein A( ApoA),apolipoprotein B( ApoB),blood urea nitrogen( BUN),serum creatinine( Scr),urinary albumin excretion rate( UAER) and homocysteine( Hcy)were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 76. 67% and 53. 33% respectively,with a significant difference between groups( P < 0. 05). The levels of FBG,PBG,HbAlc,MAP,TG,TC,LDL,ApoB,Scr,Hcy and UAER were significantly decreased but the level of HDL was significantly increased in both groups after treatment( P < 0. 05). Comparing with the control group,all the indicators in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combo therapy of Sanqi Jiaotai Pills and Lotensin is effective for DN. It can control blood sugar,blood lipid and blood pressure,and improve kidney function,with a better efficacy than single Lotensin.更多还原
