【摘要】 目的研究分析山东中医药大学教学管理队伍的工作状况,审视存在的问题,为加强教学管理队伍建设提供策略支撑。方法采用描述性研究方法,自设问卷选取校内12个教学单位和部门的320名教师、2000名学生进行调查分析。结果教师对教学管理的总体满意率为很满意52.1%、满意34.2%、基本满意11.9%、不满意1.8%,学生对教学管理的总体满意率统计为很满意40.6%、满意36.3%、基本满意18.8%、不满意4.3%。结论教学管理队伍整体工作情况令人满意,但也存在很多问题亟待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By researching and analyzing the working conditions of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine’s teaching management team,looking at the existing problems,and providing policy support to strengthen the construction of teaching management team.Methods Using descriptive research method,setting up the questionnaire and surveying 320 teachers and 2000 students from 12 teaching units.Results The overall satisfaction of teachers in teaching management is 52.1%highly satisfactory,34.2%satisfactory,11.9%basically satisfactory and 1.8%not satisfactory.The overall satisfaction of students in teaching management is 40.6%highly satisfactory,36.3%satisfactory,18.8%basically satisfactory and 4.3%not satisfactory.Conclusion The overall performance of teaching management team is satisfactory,but there are a lot of problems need to be improved.更多还原
