【摘要】 目的观察中药油膏剂治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法将40例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,二组患者均采用西医控制血糖、营养神经、改善微循环等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用中药油膏剂外敷治疗,对照组采用西药0.1%乳酸依沙吖啶溶液纱条外敷换药,疗程均为30天。观察不同治疗方法对糖尿病足溃疡患者肢体创面愈合的效果。结果治疗组第10天、20天、30天促进创面愈合方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中药油膏剂可促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 40 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of patients were all treated by western medicine to control blood sugar,nerve nutrition,microcirculation improving and other conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment topical treatment on the basis of conventional therapy,the control group with Western Medicine 0.1%Ethacridine Lactate Solution gauze topical dressing treatment for 30 days.The limb wound healing effect of diabetic foot ulcer patients was observed in different groups.Results In the treatment group,the wound healing promoting was better than the control group in tenth days,20 days and 30 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine ointment can promote the wound healing of diabetic foot ulcer,worthy of further study.更多还原
