虎耳草灌注剂的质量控制方法
Quality Control Method for Saxifraga Perfusion Asent
【摘要】 目的建立虎耳草灌注剂的质量控制方法。方法色谱柱为hypersil ODS(250mm×4.0mm、5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(20:80),流速为1.0ml/min,检洲波长275nm,柱温30℃。结果岩白菜素的进样量在0.0202~0.202μg之间与峰面积呈良好线性关系(R~2=0.9998),平均回收率为102.45%,RSD=2.66%。结论本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于虎耳草灌注剂的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a quality control method for the Saxifraga perfusion agent.Methods The analysis was performed on phenomenon hydro C18 column(250mm×4.6mm.4μm).the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O(20:80) with a flow rate at 1.0ml/min,and detection wavelength at 275nm under column temperature 30℃.Results There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of bergenin was at a range of 0.0202μg0.404μg(R2=0.9998),the recovery was 102.45%,with RSD at 2.66%.Conclusion This method was simple,exact,and reproducible to be used for the quality control of the Saxifraga perfusion agent.
