毛竹孕笋期施用外源锌对叶片SOD、POD和IAAO酶活性的影响

【摘要】 在毛竹孕笋期,通过竹腔注射将锌离子浓度为0.09‰的硫酸锌溶液分别在10月下旬(用量为0 mL、25 mL、50 mL、100 mL和12月下旬(用量为0 mL、50 mL、100 mL)进行竹腔注射,测试分析了毛竹3年生叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)的活性。结果表明,10月下旬和12月下旬注射硫酸锌溶液均能提高毛竹叶片SOD、POD活性,降低IAAO活性,而早期注射较有利于提高酶的活性。

【Abstract】 The fertilizing effects of exogenous zinc at different dose(25 mL,50 mL,100 mL,0 mL 0.09 ZnSO4solution) and in different time(October and December) on SOD,POD,and IAAO activity of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens leaves were tested during shoot development underground by a field experiment.The results showed that in late October and late December,cavity-injection fertilization of ZnSO4solution can change the SOD,POD and IAAO activity of the bamboo leaves,and early fertilization of zinc is conducive to increase the enzyme activity.
