【摘要】 针刺临床试验的目的是提供其临床疗效的可靠证据,高质量的SCI论文是针刺临床疗效的研究成果之一。分析已发表在高影响因子学术期刊上关于针刺临床试验的论文,可知这些研究从方案设计到实施过程,均以针刺防病治病的能力为目标,遵循针刺疗法自身规律,结合国际标准操作规范,评价针刺的有效性和安全性,这是针刺临床试验的核心,也是一篇优秀学术论文产出的先决条件。所以一项科学而完整的针刺临床试验,选题新颖,方案设计具有创新性,逻辑层次清晰,语言精炼明确,有重大发现,并可解决关键问题是发表高影响因子学术论文的关键点,也直接影响到针刺疗法的国际评价与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acupuncture clinical trials are designed to provide reliable evidence of clinical efficacy,and SC I papers is one of the high- quality clinical efficacy of acupuncture research. T o analyze these papers published in high im pact factor journals on acupuncture clinical trials,w e can study clinical trials from design to im plem entation,the efficacy of prevention and cure,com bined w ith international standard practices to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture.T hat is the core of acupuncture clinical trials,as w ell as a prerequisite for outstanding academ ic output. A scientific and com plete acupuncture clinical trial should be topically novel,designed innovative,logically clear,linguistically refining,and the m ost im portant point lies in a great discovery and solving the pragm atic problem.
