【摘要】 介绍了某选煤厂概况,通过对该厂入洗原煤煤质资料的分析,充分考虑产品结构、市场需求以及选煤厂今后的发展方向,确定了合理的选煤工艺,即:300~80 mm采用动筛排矸,80~0.25 mm采用无压三产品重介分选工艺,0.25~0 mm采用浓缩压滤,全厂洗水实现闭路循环。应用表明,该设计选用的工艺先进,设备可靠,产品结构灵活。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,it introduced the general situation of a coal preparation plant,and determined the reasonable coal preparation technology through analyzing the information of coal quality,giving full consideration to the product structure,market demand and the development direction of coal preparation plant in the future. The coal preparation technology is that,it adopt the method of dynamic screen conveyer to plant the coal which granularity is 300 ~ 80 mm,adopt the process of pressureless three product dense medium separation to plant the coal which granularity is 80 ~ 0. 25 mm,and adopt the method of concentrates filter to plant the coal which granularity is 0. 25 ~ 0 mm,all the washing water is in closed-circulation. The application shows that the process is advance,the device is reliable, and the product structure is flexible.更多还原
