【Abstract】 The current situation of casting industry talent in China was analyzed. The reasons why the worker team quality is not good and why the special technical talent is scarce in the industry were discussed. Based the development of the industry, the countermeasure of talent has been proposed to improve the mechanism of the industry personnel training and employment. The education model of school enterprise integration should be deepened, and the talent exchange system is to be established in the industry.
