倾转铸造中镁合金进气歧管氧化夹杂倾向的研究
Study on Oxide Inclusion Tendency of Mg-alloy Intake Manifold in Tilt Cast
【摘要】 通过数值模拟研究了在金属型倾转铸造环境下镁合金进气歧管氧化夹杂物的形成规律。对两种方案进行比较和分析,发现在加强筋和主管道的外壁容易形成氧化夹杂物,而不是谐振腔的交界面板处。同时在肋和进气歧管的4个进气管的外壁也是氧化夹杂物易生成部位。液态金属流动状态影响着氧化物夹杂的形成。
【Abstract】 The formation mechanism of oxide inclusion in magnesium alloys intake manifold in metal tilting casting was researched by using the method of numerical simulation. Two different programs were compared and analyzed. The results show that it was easier to form oxide inclusion in the position of the connecting foundry ladle and the junction panel of intake manifold instead of cavity resonator. The oxidation mixture is prone to appear in the ribs and the outer wall of the four main air piles of the intake manifold. The flowing state of liquid metal influences the formation of the oxide inclusion.
