稀土元素Gd对AZ91镁合金摩擦磨损及腐蚀性能的影响
Influence of Rare Earth Gd on Wear and Corrosion Behavior of Magnesium Alloy AZ91
【摘要】 研究了Gd含量对AZ91镁合金摩擦磨损及腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素Gd的添加能显著提高AZ91镁合金的摩擦磨损及腐蚀性能。当Gd含量为0.8%时,组织和成分较均匀,合金的抗摩擦磨损及腐蚀性能最好。添加过量的Gd元素将使合金摩擦磨损和腐蚀性能下降。
【Abstract】 The influence of the contents of rare earth element Gd on the wear and corrosion properties of the magnesium alloy AZ91 was investigated. The results show that the proper amount of Gd is effective on improving the wear and corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy AZ91. The uniform microstructure and distribution can be obtained and the wear and corrosion properties are also optimal when the Gd content in the alloys is 0.8wt.%. However, further addition of Gd will reduce the wear and corrosion resistance of the alloy.
