添加淀粉改善铸件型砂性能的方法
Method of Adding Starch to Improve Molding Sand Performance
【摘要】 为了改善普通湿润土型砂塑性和韧性较差、砂眼多等问题,以降低精度要求较高,加工余量小的薄小铸件废品率。首先,通过采用添加不同量的α-淀粉和不同水份含量进行对比试验,确定了α-淀粉的最佳加入量、作用效果最佳的水份含量等参数,大大提高了型砂的透气性、湿压强度并改善了型砂表面的综合性能。其次分析了α-淀粉与型砂中的水份反应生成水合物的机理。最后,在铸造生产上推广应用了添加α-淀粉的方法,使废品率大大降低,经济效益得到明显提高。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the problems of poor plasticity, poor toughness and more sand holes, and reduce the defective index of casting. Firstly, determination the optimum α-starch adding amount and water amount by comparison experiments, so as to increasing the breathability, green compression strength and improving the combination property of molding sand surface. Then the mechanism of generation hydrate of α-starch and moisture in the molding sand was analyzed. Finally, application of the casting method of adding α-starch in the production can reduce defective index greatly and improve the economic efficiency obviously.
