消失模铸铁水基涂料研制

【摘要】 以锆铝石粉为耐火骨料,白乳胶作为粘结剂,CMC和钠基膨润土混合使用做悬浮剂,采用水作载体,添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)和正丁醇为助剂,开发了一种消失模铸铁水基涂料。通过实验确定了消失模铸铁水基涂料的最佳配比,并对涂料综合性能进行了测试。结果表明,该涂料性能优良,成本低廉,适用于铸铁件的消失模铸造生产。

【Abstract】 Taking zirconium-aluminum ore powder as refractory aggregate, white emulsion as agglomerant, CMC and sodium bentonite as suspending agent, using water as the carrier, adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(JFC) and n-butyl alcohol as auxiliary, a water-based coating for EPC iron castings was developed. The best proportion of EPC cast iron water-based coating was determined by experiment, and the comprehensive performances of the coating were tested.The results show that this coating has the advantages of good performance and low cost, can be used to produce iron castings by EPC casting method.
