低压真空渗氮处理TC4钛合金的腐蚀性能研究
Corrosion Performance of TC4 Titanium Alloy Nitrided in Low Pressure Vacuum
【摘要】 采用低压真空渗氮的方法在Ti6A14V钛合金表面制备渗氮层,通过金相观察、X射线衍射、失重法及电化学测试对渗氮层组织成分及腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,通过低压真空渗氮方法在钛合金表面形成了均匀致密的渗氮层,其主要由TiN、Ti2N及TiAlN等硬质相膜层组成。在100 mL/L HF+200 mL/L HNO3混合体系中进行加速腐蚀后膜层表面基本保持完好,其腐蚀速率是基体腐蚀速率的1/163,自腐蚀电位由基体的-0.762 5 V提高到-0.449 8 V,腐蚀电流降低两个数量级。
【Abstract】 The surface nitrided layer of TC4 titanium alloy was prepared by a process of low pressure vacuum nitriding. The composition and corrosion performance of nitrided layer were investigated by metallographic observation, X-ray diffraction, mass loss and electrochemical tests. The results show that a dense uniform nitrided layer forms on the alloy surface by the low pressure vacuum nitriding, and the nitrided layer is composed of TiN, Ti2N and TiAlN. The nitrided layer is nearly undamaged after accelerating corrosion in 100 mL/L HF+200 mL/L HNO3system, and the corrosion rate of the nitrided layer is about 1/163 that of the TC4 alloy matrix. The corrosion potential increases from-0.762 5 V to-0.449 8 V and corrosion current density decreases two orders of magnitude.
