【摘要】 配合炼钢厂新增的3#120t转炉生产,富伦钢铁厂新建了国内首台2机2流不同断面板坯连铸机,既可单流生产(150～300)mm×(1100～2100)mm的大板坯,也可双流生产(180、200)mm×(700～1000)mm的小板坯。该铸机采用液压振动、结晶器在线调宽、锥度动态保持、辊列优化、连续矫直与连续弯曲、二冷动态配水、喷嘴幅切、动态轻压下、二冷电磁搅拌等多项新技术。投入生产后,该铸机累计生产铸坯32 900 t,各项指标达到设计要求,铸坯表面无缺陷、内部质量优良。更多还原

【Abstract】 For matching up new 3 # 120 t converter production in steel-making plant, Fulun Steel have built the two strand different section slab continuous caster which can produce in single strand the section(150～300)mm ×(1100～2100)mm large slab as well as in two strand the section(180/200)mm×(700～1000)mm small slab. The hydraulic oscillation, mould on-line adjustable width, taper dynamic keep, rollers arrange optimization, continuous straightening and bending, dynamic secondary cooling, nozzle scope cutting, dynamic soft reduction, secondary cooling electromagnetic stirring etc. The new technology is used in the caster. 32 900 t slab was cumulatively produced by the caster, all kinds of metallurgical indicators meet the design requirements with excellent internal quality of slab and surface without defects.更多还原
