【摘要】 文化金融法制法规建设是国家文化大发展大繁荣的战略需要。文化金融的特殊性需要相应的法律法规来支撑,文化金融市场的运行需要法律法规来规范,文化金融市场的管理与发展必须走法治之路。在文化金融法制法规的建设过程中,面临文化金融主体发育缓慢、体系建设不健全、行业管理缺失、服务标准及规范未建立以及研究的滞后等问题,也面临互联网金融的发展、大数据时代的技术和手段创新、文化与金融融合的新业态等挑战。在多方努力下,最终建立起来的健全的文化金融法制法规体系应包括文化金融的基本法、配套法律法规、地方性发展规划等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultural financial legal laws and regulations construction is the strategic need of national culture and great development of prosperity. Culture of the particularity of financial needs corresponding laws and regulations to support and culture to regulate the operation of the financial markets need to laws and regulations,culture management and development of the financial market must take the path of the rule of law. In the process of culture for the construction of financial legal system and regulations,financial subject facing culture development is slow,lack of the system is not sound,the industry management,service standards and specifications as well as the research problem such as lag,has not been established and in the face of the Internet financial development,the era of big data technology and means innovation,culture and new forms of financial integration challenge.
