【摘要】 农村转移人口在我国经济发展中扮演着重要的角色,是加快我国工业化和城镇化进程的重要推动力。然而,农村转移人口在城镇就业过程中却遇到诸多问题。主要从农村转移人口自身的职业技能水平、随迁子女教育和城镇化的发展质量三个方面对农村转移人口等问题进行了探讨,并提出加强职业培训、制定政策解决农村转移人口随迁子女教育问题等对策,以期加快农村转移人口的市民化进程,促进城镇的健康发展和社会的长治久安。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural migrant population plays an important role in the economic development,and is one of the important impetuses to accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country. However,it is faced with many problems in the process of employment in cities and towns. The paper discusses the problems mainly from three aspects——the rural population’s own professional skill levels,trailing their children’s education and the development of the urbanization quality,and puts forward such countermeasure as strengthening vocational training,formulating policies to solve the problem of their children’s education so as to quicken the transfer of rural urbanization,and promote the healthy development of the towns and the stability of the society.更多还原
