【Abstract】 The absorption spectrum plasma of healthy people and patients with esophageal cancer was obtained by spectral photometer. Fitting these data in origin software,significant difference was found in ratio of peak area at 282 nm,272 nm and 254 nm of the malignant plasma and the healthy plasma. It was important for doctors to diagnose patients with esophageal cancer quickly and discover the cause of cancer.更多还原
