【摘要】 研究分析了葵花籽(仁)在储藏期间品质变化的影响因素。从空气、光照、温度、水分、杂质以及葵花籽(仁)完好程度6个方面对葵花籽(仁)在储藏期间品质变化的影响进行了研究。从防日晒、防潮湿、降低含水量、提高出成率、降低破碎率、降低杂质含量、采用塑料薄膜密闭储藏、缩短储藏时间方面探讨了控制或消除这些不利影响因素的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Influencing factors of the quality changes of sunflower seeds(kernel) during storage were researched.The effects of air,sunlight,temperature,moisture,impurity and sunflower seeds(kernel) intact on quality changes of sunflower seeds(kernel) during storage were studied.The method for controlling or eliminating adverse influencing factors including the anti-sun,anti-moisture,moisture reduction,improvement of intact rate,reductions of fragmentation rate and impurity content,plastic film sealed storage,short storage time were explored.更多还原
