【摘要】 目的观察山楂消脂胶囊对非急性期冠心病痰瘀证患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)和心脑血管事件发生率的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的98例非急性期冠心病痰瘀证患者随机分为两组。对照组48例予基础治疗,治疗组50例加用山楂消脂胶囊,疗程6个月。观察心脑血管事件的发生率,同时,比较治疗前后两组患者颈动脉IMT,并观察两组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化。结果治疗组急性心脑血管事件发生率低于对照组(6.00%vs 20.83%,P=0.03),治疗组颈动脉IMT与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05),同时治疗组可明显降低hs-CRP、Hcy、LDL-C水平,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论山楂消脂胶囊可能通过降低冠心病患者动脉斑块中的脂质含量,抗炎症反应,减轻颈动脉内中膜的厚度,从而稳定斑块,减少急性心脑血管事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Shanzha Xiaozhi capsule(SXC)on intima-media thickness of carotid artery and major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods Ninety-eight patients with coronary heart disease and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group(n=50)treated with baseline therapy and SXC,and control group(n=48)treated with baseline therapy.Major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events two groups were compared.The intima-media thickness of carotid artery in two groups was compared.The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured in both groups before and after the treatment.Results After treatment with SXC,the major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in treatment group were reduced significantly compared with that in control group(6.00% vs 20.83%,P=0.03).The intima-media thickness of carotid artery in treatment group was decreased significantly compared with that in control group(P<0.05).hs-CRP,Hcy,and LDL-C were decreased significantly compared with that in control group(P <0.01).Conclusion SXC could reduce the lipid,relieve inflammatory reaction,decrease the intima-media thickness of carotid artery,stabilize atherosclerotic plaque and then reduce the major adverse cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease.更多还原
