【摘要】 目的:了解临床第二类精神药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾分析我院2009-2012年第二类精神药品的使用品种数、金额数、用药频度,并进行排序,分析各年度使用品种结构及用药趋势。结果:4年来,我院第二类精神药品使用趋势稳定,共涉及9个品种,苯二氮类药物占主导地位;艾司唑仑片用药频度居首,其次是咪达唑仑、苯巴比妥钠注射液;咪达唑仑用药频度、金额居于前列;新型第二类精神药品地佐辛的引进,主要影响金额排名。结论:我院第二类精神药品应用合理,符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To investigate the clinical use of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in inpatients of our hospital and provide a reference for rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods :To retrospectively analyze the use of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in our hospital including varieties, amount of money and DDDs in 2009-2012, made the ranking and analyze the structure of varieties and the trend of drug consumption each year. Results :The clinical use of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ was stable in the four years and 9 species of drugs were involved, benzodiazepine drugs were dominant, the use frequency of estazolam tablets ranked the first,followed by midazolam injection and phenobarbitol sodium injection, and midazolam injection ranked the first in DDDs and amount of money. The introduction of dezocine, as a new type of category Ⅱ of psychotropic drugs, changed the ranking of amount. Conclusion :The application of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ is reasonable and complies with the requirements set forth in the Regulations on the Administration of Anesthetic and Psychotropic Drugs.更多还原
