【摘要】 目的:观察促排卵颗粒治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(60例)服用促排卵免煎颗粒,每日32g,分2次服用;对照组(60例)服用克罗米芬,每次50~100mg,每日1次。超声观察卵泡发育和排卵状况、子宫内膜生长情况及子宫动脉搏动指数(PI),测定用药前后黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平,随访患者妊娠及流产情况。结果:治疗组和对照组的排卵率分别为66.67%,76.67%(P>0.05);而治疗组妊娠率为48.33%,显著高于对照组的30.00%;对照组流产率(16.67%)高于治疗组(5.00%)。两组治疗后优势卵泡直径较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较无差异。治疗组子宫内膜厚度显著增长,优于对照组。治疗后PI平均值治疗组显著低于对照组,两组血清LH、E2、P水平均高于治疗前,与对照组比较E2、P水平有显著性差异。结论:促排卵颗粒可促进卵泡发育、排卵及子宫内膜增长,提高妊娠率,降低流产率,调节子宫内膜血流及内分泌,为排卵障碍性不孕症提供了新的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Cupailuan Granule in treating ovulation failure infertility. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 60 cases and control group with 60 cases. The treatment group was treated with Cupailuan Granule,and control group with clomiphene citrate( CC). The changes of the endometrium and follicle,the status of ovulating,pulsation index( PI),the luteinizing hormone( LH),estradiol( E2) and progesterone( P) level,follow-up of patients with pregnancy and abortion. Results : The ovulation rate of treatment and control groups are 66. 67% and 76. 67%. There was no difference between two groups( P > 0. 05). However,the pregnancy rate( 48. 33%) of the treatment group is higher than 30% of control group( P < 0. 05); the status of ovulating of Control group was 16. 67%,higher than the treatment group( 5. 00%)( P < 0. 05). The follicle diameter was bigger than without treatment( P < 0. 05),there was no difference between groups( P > 0. 05). The treatment group increased endometrial thickness,is better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment the PI average treatment group was lower than control group( P < 0. 05); two groups of serum LH,E2,P level are higher than before treatment( P <0.05),there was difference of E2,P level between groups. Conclusion: Cupailuan Granule can promote the follicular growth,ovulation and endometrial growth,increase pregnancy rate and decrease the rate of abortion,adjust the endometrial blood flow and endocrine.
