【Abstract】 MicroRNAs are a class of 21-25-nucleotides small,noncoding RNAs which regulate about 30% of the human genome.MiRNAs play an essential role in the physiology and pathology.Currently,a variety of miRNAs have been detected in the serum and plasma,and their deregulation has been associated with cancer,cardiovascular diseases,pregancy syndrome and other diseases.This review peovides a general overview of the current advances of circulating microRNAs and pregancy.更多还原
