【摘要】 目的了解供精人工授精子代出生缺陷发生情况,评价应用冷冻精液实施供精人工授精出生子代的安全性。方法对2007年4月至2012年9月在我院行供精人工授精分娩的围生儿进行监测。结果 2007年4月至2012年9月共监测12609周期,出生1745个子代,其中发生出生缺陷17例,出生缺陷发生率为0.97‰。出生缺陷分类以先天性心脏病发生率最高,其次为唇腭裂,其他为双手多指畸形、先天性肛门闭锁、先天性胆道闭锁、先天性脑积水、婴儿局限性线状鱼鳞病、先天性白内障等。供精人工授精子代出生缺陷发生率低于卫生部发布一般人群发生率。结论冷冻精液行供精人工授精的新生儿出生缺陷发生率低于一般人群发生率,冷冻精液行供精人工授精技术是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the state of the birth defects of the offspring conceived by artificial insemination by donors(AID),and to evaluate the safety of the offspring conceived by AID using freezing semen.Methods:Perinatal infants delieved by women that received AID were monitored in our hospital between April 2007 and September 2012.Results:Totally 12 609 AID cycles were monitored in April 2007 to September 2012,1745 offspring were delieved,among them 17 cases were with birth defects.The incidence of birth defects was 0.97‰.As Birth defects classification is concerned,the highest incidence is congenital heart disease,followed by cleft lip and palate,and other malformations as polydactylia for hands,congenitalimperforate anus,congenital biliary atresia,congenital hydrocephalus,baby limitations linear ichthyosis and congenital cataract,etc.The incidence of birth defects is lower in the offspring delieved by AID than the general population issued by the ministry of health.Conclusion:The incidence of birth defects is lower in the offspring delieved by AID using freezing semen than the general population,It is safe to use freezing semem for AID.更多还原
