【摘要】 目的建立IVF-ET/ICSI治疗妊娠后早期妊娠结局的预测模型。方法回顾分析114例经IVF-ET/ICSI治疗妊娠的病例,比较孕妇年龄、阴道出血情况、孕酮和β-HCG的动态变化,B超结果和妊娠结局,筛查出有差别的选项建立Fisher判别模型预测妊娠结局。结果利用年龄、ET 14天的激素值、ET 25d前HCG倍增至10 000对妊娠结局的判断准确率为88.6%和71.1%,结合ET 35d的B超表现判断准确率分别为93.0%和96.5%。结论利用以上模型判断妊娠结局具有临床价值,特别当孕5w左右各项情况欠佳时,应加强孕妇管理及早发现异位妊娠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish IVF-ET/ICSI predictive model for early pregnancy outcome.Methods:Analyzed 114pregnancy patients coming from IVF-ET/ICSI treatment,compared maternal age,vaginal bleeding,the dynamic changes of progesterone and β-HCG,B-ultrasound results and pregnancy outcomes,screened out the difference options to create a Fisher discriminant model to predict pregnancy outcome.Results:Use of the age,ET14 hormone level,ET25 days HCG doubled to 10 000 on pregnancy outcome judgment accuracy was 88.6% and 71.1%,combined with ET35 B-ultrasound results the accuracy was 93.0% and 96.5% respectively.Conclusion:The above model to determine pregnancy outcomes have clinical value,especially about five weeks pregnant when the situation was poor,pregnant women should strengthen the management of early detection of ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
