【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清apelin、visfatin水平的变化及意义。方法测定38例妊娠期糖尿病患者(GDM组)和40例正常孕妇(NGT组)的血清apelin、visfatin、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 GDM组的血清apelin、visfatin水平明显高于NGT组(P<0.01)。相关分析显示GDM组的血清apelin、visfatin与HOMA-IR、FPG、FINS呈显著正相关(P<0.01),血清apelin与visfatin呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 GDM患者血清apelin、visfatin水平明显升高,且与胰岛素抵抗密切相关,可能参与了GDM的发生、发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the change and clinical significance of serum levels of apelin and visfatin in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM). Methods: 38 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM group) and 40 cases of normal pregnant women( NGT group) were selected. Fasting plasma glucose( FPG),fasting blood insulin( FINS),apelin and visfatin were measured. HOMA- IR were calculated. Results: Compared with the NGT group,the values of apelin and visfatin were significantly higher in the GDM group( P < 0. 01). The linear correlation analysis found that the levels of serum apelin and visfatin in GDM group were positively correlative to the levels of HOMA- IR,FPG and FINS( P < 0. 01). Serum level of apelin was positively correlated with that of visfatin( P < 0. 01). Conclusions: The levels of serum apelin and visfatin are obviously increased and positively correlated with insulin resistance in GDM group.
