【摘要】 目的探讨不育不孕患者和染色体核型异常的关系。方法抽取4985例不孕不育患者的外周血进行淋巴细胞培养并制备标本,G显带,进行染色体核型分析。结果检出异常核型105例,检出率为2.1%。结论染色体核型异常是不孕不育以及自然流产的主要原因之一,对不孕不育患者进行细胞遗传学分析,可为临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between infertility patients and abnormal chromosome karyotypes. Methods: Giemsa banding chromosome analysis was done in 4985 cases of infertility patients for routine cytogenetic analysis. Results: There were 105 cases of abnormal karyotypes which is 2. 1% in all examiners. Conclusion: The abnormality of chromosome karyotype should be one of the basic reason of infertility and autonomous abortion. Cytogenetic analysis to infertility patients can provide aids on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients.更多还原
