前瞻性心电门控螺旋扫描模式在颈部CTA中的应用
Application of prospective electrocardiography-triggered flash spiral acquisition in carotid CT angiography
【摘要】 <正>颈部CTA扫描范围较长,过高辐射剂量可增加致癌风险性;如何在不影响成像质量的前提下减少曝光剂量为目前研究热点。本研究探讨采用前瞻性心电门控螺旋扫描模式(Flash Spiral模式)进行颈部CTA检查的可行性。1资料与方法1.1一般资料收集本院2012年10月—2013年8月60例疑似颈动脉病变而接受颈部CTA检查患者,将其随机分为2组,每组30例:常规组,男21例,女9例,年龄31~80岁,平均(59.2±13.2)岁,体质量指数
