【摘要】 目的探讨温热水浴疗法联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性镶嵌疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将以板蓝根、薏苡仁、夏枯草、马齿苋为基本方的中药各30g浸入2 000mL冷水中浸泡30min,武火烧开后文火煮沸20min,取药液,待降至45℃~55℃时将患处浸入药液浸泡20~30min,再用剪刀或矬子将浸渍柔软的疣体削薄,以不出血为度,医用胶布封包至次日晨,均1次/d,治疗2~4个疗程,接着将疣体刮除至根部和予冷冻疗法治疗。每个冷冻疗程的第3周开始再行温热疗法治疗7d。3个月后判定疗效。结果 58例患者中,治愈42例,好转15例,无效1例,有效率98.27%。随访至今,未见复发。结论温热水浴疗法联合液氮冷冻治疗多发性镶嵌疣的临床疗效好,患者依从性高,治疗成本低,操作简单,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of thermotherapy combined cryotherapy in multiple mosaic warts. Methods Firstly,after immersing radix isatidis,coix seeds,prunella spike,purslane and other medical herbs of 30 g respectively into 2 000 mL cold water for 30 minutes,the patients boiled the drug and solution for 20 minutes by slow fire. Secondly,they put the lesions into the drug solution for 20 ~ 30 minutes after the liquid in the temperature of 45 to 55℃ degrees in between. Thirdly,they cut the soft lesions by a knife or file avoiding bleeding,and covered the lesions by medical adhesive plasters until the next morning. Kept this once a day for 2 ~ 4 weeks until the lesions were very thin. Fourthly,gave the lesions the treatments of cryotherapy. Then 2 weeks later,continued the thermal therapy of medical herbal soup as mentioned above for 7 days. Finally,we evaluated the clinical efficacy 3 months later.Results In the 58 patients,42 cases were cured,15 cases lesions diminished more than 50%,and only 1 case unchanged. The effective rate was 98. 27%. Being followed up until now,no one recured. Conclusion The results of thermotherapy combined cryotherapy in multiple mosaic warts were satisfactory.
