【Abstract】 Objective: To study the mechanism of action of Xianji Huaban capsule for treating allergic purpura.Methods: By determining contents of NO and PGE2in guinea pig serum after drug intervention,observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Xianji Huaban capsule. Results: Xianji Huaban capsule had lower contents of NO in serum and PGE2role. Conclusion: Mechanism of Xianji Huaban capsule in the treatment of allergic purpura may be related to its inhibiting inflammation and NO,PGE2expression.更多还原
